Age often does not determine a person's level of wisdom. Our innermost self, the soul, has experienced many experiences of life than before. The physical body that is occupied is different. We have undergone different body evolution, not even from apes, but before that the experts said that the previous form was fish.
A soul who has experienced life as a human being hundreds or dozens of times will certainly have a much better experience with a soul that has experienced only a few times. Our children who in this life cycle we consider much younger than us may be souls who are much older. This is also why many people are old but not wise, other words are old but not yet mature.
Understanding the immortal soul who every birth only requires a valuable experience for evolution for himself, so it is true that this life is just a ride through of a journey alone is not a final destination so be happy and learn in every moment of this journey. The good thing is that when we are at birth as humans we can determine our evolution with consciousness because with thoughts and feelings we can change any form of physical state or the next birth consciously. The awareness and wisdom we have makes it easier for us to choose our next evolution. For other beings who live only on instinct, they have to follow natural processes which may be very slow.
The birth of a human should be very grateful for the ability to determine a life that is getting more and more perfect with every birth. It should also be interpreted that we are still grateful for the achievements we get in this life cycle, but the soul's eternal journey must be a priority. Suppose you are very abundant now in a greedy way, hurting others, taking what is not rightfully yours and then being born next have to suffer again being a weak handicapped being with decreased consciousness. Then what are the benefits of a life that is repeated, miserable, conscious, happy again, and suffering.
Achieve everything in the right way so that you can always give happiness and freedom to the soul so that with every birth the soul becomes wiser.
