Just right is all what we need. When you're cooking, you need just right amount of spices otherwise it will be over seasoning. Oversleeping, Overthinking, overreacting all are not good, are they? Even good things, if you're overdoing them, they can cause trouble.
Indriya Nigraha is ability to control your senses. Let's say if you like some sort of food and you do overeating, it will cause trouble for your belly. Even a healthy sport can cause overtraining and, that jeopardizes your health. Drinking a little makes your body warm yet, if you drink too much, it makes you drunk and might be losing control.
Say enough and gratitude can avoid you from overdoing. We all have covetousness in our mind. We must control it well otherwise it will never be contented.
Nothing is better than 'just right', is it? It feels comfortable. It's full of gratitude. It's balanced and it's great.
